Fabio Azzolina has a significant experience in the areas of corporate structuring, M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, IP strategy and protection.
He advises on issues of corporate governance, directors’ liability, management contracts, corporate incentive schemes, and general corporate matters and commercial agreements.
He manages the legal strategy of many brands, mainly in the digital, food, architecture and fashion industries, assessing the relevant actions for the valorization and protection of trademarks and designs.
As a business angel and founder of StartUp Legal he supports startups from the initial stages of their growth to their consolidation on the domestic and international market through BA/VC fundraising
Fabio holds Master’s degree in Law from “Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca” and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Milan Bar Association (Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano).
